1. Who we are

2. What data we process

The website has no forms and does not ask for personal data. We only process the data you send us when you contact us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp: your name, e-mail address, phone number, the company you represent and the content of your message.

3. Why and on what legal basis

  • to answer you and send you offers on request – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract);
  • to handle orders and meet our accounting and tax obligations – Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.

4. How long we keep the data

We keep correspondence as long as needed to answer you and for the business relationship, but no longer than 3 years after the last contact. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by law.

5. Who we share the data with

We do not sell or rent your data. It may only be shared with the providers that help us operate (e-mail provider, accountants, carriers for deliveries) and with public authorities when the law requires it.

6. Cookies

The website sets no cookies of its own, uses no analytics and shows no advertising. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, with no requests to Google Fonts.

The map on the Contact page is provided by Google Maps and only loads if you click “Show the map”. Only then may Google set cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. Your choice is not stored: on your next visit the map is hidden again.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which may temporarily keep technical logs (IP address, date and requested page) for security and operation.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. To exercise any of them, write to us at contact@bricoholzservice.ro.
